Grounded in practice, not theory alone
MICDM Training Centre was built on the working experience of practitioners who sit as arbitrators, administer FIDIC contracts, and appear in adjudication proceedings across Mauritius's hybrid civil and common law system — not on borrowed material.
Every course is designed and delivered by professionals who apply the subject matter directly in live disputes, doctoral research, and international arbitration practice, then translate it into training that legal and construction professionals can use the next day.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICES
The MICDM Dispute Management Centre
Alongside its training programs, MICDM operates as an Adjudication Appointment Body — nominating and appointing independent, qualified adjudicators for construction and commercial disputes.
ADJUDICATION APPOINTMENT BODY
Where a contract or statutory adjudication scheme requires a nominating body, the Dispute Management Centre appoints an adjudicator from its panel — drawing on the same construction law, FIDIC, and dispute resolution expertise behind MICDM's training programs.
Appointments are made promptly and independently, with regard to the subject matter of the dispute and the availability and qualifications of panel members.

Submit a requestSend the relevant contract or scheme reference and a short description of the dispute to training@micdm.com.

Panel reviewThe Centre identifies an available adjudicator whose expertise matches the subject matter of the dispute.

Appointment confirmedBoth parties are notified of the appointment and the adjudicator's terms, in line with the applicable adjudication procedure.
